In 2019, after 15 years of aiding the growth of medical practices, small businesses, and professionals, Paul and his team founded Geotarget. Since its inception, Geotarget has empowered thousands of businesses to craft personalized video messages and effectively deliver them to their target audience. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Geotarget not only endured but thrived, experiencing sustained growth through continuous improvement and client loyalty.

With a nationwide network of over 100 videographers and the widespread integration of video into business operations, Geotarget witnessed consistent expansion post-pandemic. In September 2023, Practice Builders approached Paul with the proposition of a merger, recognizing the synergies between the two entities. The alignment was evident: Geotarget excelled in audience targeting and video capabilities, while Practice Builders brought expertise in web design, reputation management, social media, content creation, and SEO.

The decision to merge with Practice Builders was a natural one, driven by the complementary strengths of both organizations. Paul, along with the Geotarget team, is enthusiastic about combining these diverse competencies. Together, they aim to empower clients to surpass their competitors by offering a comprehensive suite of services.

Tara Stofsky

Tara ensures optimal performance of all digital marketing services as well as exceptional customer service. Tara’s expertise in digital marketing and content creation is critical to ensuring our practitioners are making the most of their new patient marketing. Ensuring value is not only provided but communicated to our customers is paramount to her role. Tara specializes in building and training teams to effectively plan, implement, and communicate inventive marketing strategies for practitioners.

Nate Lucero

Marketing/Creative Director

Nathaniel graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a BFA with a focus on product design. He has worked in all types of media from games to ads and has done so with Fortune 100 companies. His recent focus has been on providing local businesses with digital content that resonates with consumers.

Sonal Mehta

Media Operations

Sonal leads the Operations for Engaged Media. She brings in 25+ years of experience in Customer Service & Operations with last 10 years focused on Advertising Media - print + digital. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day business of the company. She possesses a strong background in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing productivity. She has developed and implemented strategic plans to drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence and identified and resolved operational challenges. She has also played a vital role in building and leading high-performance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.

Dan Turi

Lead Marketing Consultant

Dan has an extensive background in broadcast media, advertising, and marketing.
